If you want to make a donation to the site, I would be more than happy to remove the ads from your contact form. If you are interested, contact me and we'll make arrangements for you to make a donation through PayPal, and with a few clicks, the ads will be gone from your contact form. If you want custom development, or additional features, contact me about your project and needs. How do I use this free service? A: Once you register, you can create multiple contact forms - each of these will have their own Web address - or - URL. For example - this site's form URL is http://www.ContactForms.com/contact.cfm?f=1. When you are logged into the form administration tool - you can copy the form URLs from the management screen. Then from your own site, you can link to your new form. Or, you can email that URL out to your friends and associates. What happens when people submit my form? A: The form sends off the information to your email address from our server. You must have an email address to use our service. Can I create more than one contact form? A: Yes, you can create multiple contact forms - each can have it's own language. Will you support more languages? A: Yes, if you wish to have another language added, please contact support - you will need to provide a translation for approximately 30 words - then, we can add your language. Can anyone use this service? A: Yes, anyone can use it - a business or a personal site - or even people who don't have Websites. Do I need to know how to write HTML or CGI? A: No, You don't need to know any form of scripting or programming to create your own contact forms. If you know HTML, you may add it to the forms - but this is not necessary. Are there any limitations to these forms? A: Yes, You can only create up to 4 of your own questions - each of those questions can only have up to 4 options. Each form also has fields for: Company, Email, Name, Address, City, State, Country, Zip, Phone, and Fax. How many forms can I create? A: 50, You can only create up to 50 forms. If you need more - contact support with more information about your form needs. What is the difference between the "Basic Forms" and "Advanced Developer" options? A: Control - with the Basic Forms option, you do not get the option to add your own HTML headers and footers. The Advanced Developer option replaces the logo field at the top of your form with a header that you input - the footer will replace the copyright at the bottom of the page - this allows you to fully integrate your forms into your own site. What are 'multilingual forms' ? A: Multilingual forms are basic contact forms that are offered in different languages. We have translated the words that will display on your contact form into several languages. If you add your own questions, you will need to translate them into the languages of your forms.
